A blend of essential oils to combat winter lethargy and colds. A fresh uplifting aroma of pine,eucalyptus and lemon.
Diffuse 3-5 drops in a steam inhaler or ultrasonic essential diffuser once or twice a day to brighten the atmosphere, disinfect a room, ease coughs and colds or prevent them. Soothing at night time in sick rooms.
Dilute in masssage oil 1 drop blend to 5 drops of oil for chesty rub to ease breathing, boost immunity and ward off the common cold.
Sprinkle a few drops into a tissue box to add a fresh aroma with germ killing properties into your tissues.
Mix with vinegar to create your own scented toilet cleaner . 1ml(20 drops) per 100ml of cleaning vinegar and shake well before each use.
