Niaouli and Blue Chamomile essential oils have both been researched and shown to assist with seasonal allergies.
Seasonal allergies are not much fun and involve watery eyes,sneezing and swelling in the nasal passages.
You can add this essential oil blend to your hayfever treatment and you may get surprising results!
How to use?
Diffuse 3-5 drops in your diffuser and inhale before you go out
Carry your bottle with you and inhale directly from the bottle while you are out or make up a nasal inhaler simply by putting some salt in a tiny little jar (must be glass) and place 10-20 drops into the jar and seal it. Then you just need to take the lid off and inhale whenever you like, just remember to cap it again straight away so the volatile essential oils stay in the jar.
You may also get relief by diluting your essential oils in some coconut oil and massaging it into your nasal passages and around your sinuses.
